Sanctified is a sultry and cinematic four-track journey that perfectly captures System Olympia's signature late-night electronic sound, blending warm Italo disco rhythms, vintage synth-pop melodies, and lush analog house production. The EP explores intense themes of raw desire, romantic longing, and self-empowerment, anchored by the hypnotic, post-punk-tinted title track featuring Sydney Minsky-Sargeant. Seamlessly weaving between English lyrics and seductive Italian spoken-word fragments, the project feels like a nostalgic soundtrack to a neon-lit, midnight drive through Rome, balancing melancholic undertones with deep, infectious baselines that feel both intimate and dancefloor-ready.
